How does the app work?
It has a number of features that help you manage the customers and employees after you log in.
1. Total orders – Tapping on this, lets you assign the order to any particular employee or lets you cancel it. You can also see the order details and can filter it as per your need.
2. Payments – It displays the information on the amount paid or unpaid.
3. Recent orders – Like the Total orders, tapping on this will also show you details about the current order received. You have the right of cancelling it or assigning it to any particular employee.
4. Total customers – It allows you to see the number of registered customers and other details about them.
5. Total employees – From here, you can add more number of employees and see their details, such as the total orders received and total payments made.
6. Category – It allows you to add or delete the items in the category.
7. Services – If you wish to extend or decrease your services, you can do so, by adding or deleting the service (wash, dry clean, wash & iron) from here.
8. Items – The items (clothes in this case)for which you offer certain services can be managed by tapping on this.
